Christmas Holidays
FitnessFirst will close on wednesday 22 december for chrsistmas holidays and will open again on 27 december there will only be 2 sessions a day like in the summer period.
first session starting at 17.00 and second at 18.00 these sessions will be for everyone we start back normal sessions on 10 jan have a good chrismas and see you all in the newyear
