define muscle because it involves such high repetitions.

Fitness first boxing Club is a club for People who are interested in learning
boxing skills or want to get fit without getting hurt, for those who want to
compete to those who just want to have fun all will feel welcome here. We’re
not the sweaty, dark unfriendly boxing gym. We’ll have the “fighters’ workout
without the fight.” Programs and classes designed for the general public that
offers weight loss and conditioning. People will learn how much fun getting fit
and staying healthy can be in a positive, encouraging environment. And facility
unlike any other gyms in Bergen, joining the history and tradition of “old
world” boxing gyms with the latest in training tools and techniques.
Fitness first will provide an environment for promoting healthier lifestyles to
families in the community. We are pleased to offer programs and services that
support positive family values. Whether new to exercise or have been exercising
all their life, we are dedicated to providing safe and effective exercise
programs in a comfortable, accepting atmosphere.

Sparring (Optional):
Many students do not wish to spar therefore all sparring tuition takes place in
an additional class which is optional. This class focuses on:

With sparring classes available at all levels, this class is suited for all
from beginners to fighters

We appreciate that 95% of students have no desire to compete but for those that
do we offer light and full contact competition options.
